1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Exit Scam Store ("the Store", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Buyer", "you") and Exit Scam Store.

2. Nature of Products

Exit Scam Store sells digital configuration files, scripts, and related configuration data (collectively, "Configs") intended for use with compatible third-party software. Specifically:

• We sell configuration files ("Configs") only. We do not sell, distribute, or provide exploit executors, cheat engines, or any software that directly modifies game client memory or processes.
• Configs are text-based data files. They do not themselves constitute executable software.
• All products are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

3. Payments

The Store currently accepts the following payment methods:

• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC) and Litecoin (LTC)
• Robux via official Roblox gamepass purchase

All prices are listed at the time of purchase. By completing payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All transactions are final once payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery of Products

Products are delivered manually via our Discord support server. After payment is completed, you must open a support ticket on our Discord and provide:

• Proof of payment (transaction ID for crypto, or screenshot of Robux gamepass purchase)
• Your order details

Delivery times may vary. We aim to fulfill all orders within 24 hours of confirmed payment. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete payment information provided by the buyer.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and intangible nature of our products, all sales are final once a product has been delivered. Refunds will not be issued after delivery is confirmed.

A refund or replacement may be considered at our sole discretion in the following circumstances only:

• The product delivered does not match the product described at the time of purchase.
• The product is non-functional and the issue cannot be resolved through our support team.

To request a refund under the above circumstances, contact us at exitscamstore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.

6. Buyer Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

By purchasing from the Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for how you use purchased products.
• You are responsible for understanding and complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform (including Roblox Corporation) in connection with your use of our products.
• You are at least 18 years of age, or have obtained parental or guardian consent where required by applicable law.
• You will not use our products to harass, harm, or negatively impact other users on any platform.
• You acknowledge that use of configuration files with third-party software in online games may result in account suspension or banning by the relevant platform operator, and Exit Scam Store bears no liability for such consequences.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Exit Scam Store makes no representations or warranties regarding:

• The compatibility of Configs with any particular executor or software version.
• The continued functionality of Configs following updates to third-party platforms or games.
• Fitness of the products for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Exit Scam Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All Config files and related content sold by the Store are the intellectual property of Exit Scam Store or its respective creators. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased products for personal use only. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share purchased products with third parties.
• Claim authorship or ownership of purchased products.
• Reverse engineer or repurpose products for commercial gain.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our store. Continued use of the Store following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
